Filter models by Tool Calling feature

First, I want to thank all the collaborators of the project. LM Studio is an amazing tool and I hope we continue making it better and better.

Now, that in the Discover section there are some models that support Tool Calling, I would like to see a filter just like we have for mlx or gguf. I know there are just a little list of models, however I assume this list will be larger in the future.

So, having such an option will facilite me and others to find such models.
