btrfs increases kernel boot time by orders of magnitude #407

LKL takes a few seconds to boot up, as it benchmarks various RAID 6 implementations for the platform. It does this because BTRFS has been enabled.

Disable BTRFS by default, or pick an implementation, and boot time drops to tens of milliseconds. It can probably be optimized further.
