Support creating UI web app via livebook

Situation: At my company we have a requirement for research team members to create custom UI's to evaluate some ML experiments and they use https://streamlit.io/ or https://dash.plotly.com/ in most cases but then my team need to find time and resources to build them the UI in a phoenix liveview app which takes time.

I was thinking of checking if I can build a feature in livebook to build UI webpages similar to streamlit and publish the script which only displays just the output of each cell and be interactive like livebook with UI elements.

Just to want to see if anyone can point me to right direction so I can try experimenting with it. I have just started reading the the lievbook code.

Similar feature is on our roadmap, so we will eventually have it. But feel free to explore the code before then. :)
