Hi! As far as I understand this is a major project and potentially the wrong approach, but maybe this is a nice place to have a conversation.
I'm looking into the Linux Desktop user experience in general, and one thing I noticed is the fragmentation between greeters and screensavers. New user are confused having two very different UIs for logging into their system.
Is it possible to implement one coherent UI, maybe reusing the same components? I'm using slick-greeter-mate and mate-screensaver.
Thanks!
