Missing symlinks for apps #430

I can make the symbolic links, but I'd like to confirm which applications call for them exactly - except for Telegram, which I can see is indeed missing for the official package.

  • I couldn't find when exactly Wine (or related packages) calls for C06E_winhlp32.0.png and D15F_hh.0.png
  • MGBA seems to use io.mgba.mGBA.png on the installations I've tried
  • The package systemsettings, which apparently is the KDE System Settings, seems to already use preferences-system.png directly

Hmm ok maybe I was using an older version of the icons when I last looked at this, MGBA and systemsettings seem to be using the right icons for me as well now. Not sure about wine either..
