show-regs decoding is off

I am using the 2.8. Here is the show-regs output. However, it decodes fine on 2.4. Any thoughts on whether this is fixed in the latest release?
CAP.AMS associated bits are 18:17.

Please test with the newest version yourself. And if it doesn't work, please post the output of the working version and the output of the none working version.
