I am trying to use Acorn (v.9.9.0) for personal-work use. I am trying to make sure I can sync my projects between a work computer (Windows 11) and a MacOS computer with Mac silicon processor. I am using the desktop clients of acorn on both. I created a project on my windows, and then try to join this project on the MacOS computer. However when I do that, I get one of two problems, in both cases the project never syncs.
Problem 1 is that it syncs for hours, never finishes. And meanwhile drains excessive resources from my windows computer (this happened the first time)
Problem 2 (which happens every time since) is that it detects the peer (my windows) but it just says "peer found - not syncing", but still drains the same resources as during problem 1.
I tried both v9.9.0 and v9.8.1 of acorn to no avail (both computers have the same versions)
