Joda time period strings translation to all languages

The library which we are using on lichess for formatting time strings (joda-time) is translated to very few languages. We need a few strings related to time to be translated in many more languages.

Is Hebrew not marked as completed because of the plurality/hyphens tweaks? Let me know if there’s something I can do to complete the translation.

If joda-time welcomes our contributions, I will close the issue and we can work on these translations exclusively on the joda-time repository.

Basque (eu) and Catalan (ca) translations have already been merged in Joda.

@erral Thanks, I am planning to close this issue soon once I have the up-to-date list on the joda-time repository and have at least pull requests with the rest of the translations. I am working on it. In the meantime, if anybody wants to post any new translation files, go ahead and I can create pull requests for those as well.

@hb20007 maybe it's worth editing the first message to replace the todo with the upstream issue so it makes it clear that the work should be submited upstream.
