The GBA had a library of multiplayer games; it would be nice if there in the long term was the added options of either same-screen multiplayer (multiple instances of the same game running on the same screen) or even better LAN/Online play (I read some time ago about RetroArch supporting Online play for some systems).

I really wanna make this work. I have wanted to play multiplayer GBA through an emulator for a while. Is there any chance at all of implementing it? I am pondering taking some stuff out of emulators like MyBoy or the like. They have had Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity for a long time. But I would honestly want just a USB connection. So, If there is any way that any of you could give me a hand in this I would really appreciate it.
