Activate and deactivate rumble for gba games like drill dozer.

Rumble is already supported.

Yes indeed. But you cannot deactivate the rumble. An option like in the standalone version would be cool.

This seems to me like it would be a frontend setting, not a core setting. What is the motivation for disabling it just for GBA games and not system-wide?

Honestly I did not know to deactivate the rumble in retroarch itself.
But thinking about the feature and testing it. Is it possible to adjust the rumble intensity?
Means 0 is deactivated, 1 is like the current implementation and 2 and 3 are stronger.
