I wish to know if it would be helpful to count both CG and GC in a fastq when running the seqtk comp cmd?
Now I think only CG will be counted for the field "#CpG" in the output of seqtk comp.
(how about running seqtk seq -r first, then piped to seqtk comp?)
Am I right?
