Samtools is missing from the Docker images for resmico version 1.2.2 on Quay.io

Hi and thanks for creating this software package!

I'm not sure if the Docker images from Quay.io are officially supported, but in case they are, the latest ones for version 1.2.2 are missing samtools, which appears to be present in the images for version 1.1.1.

It would be great if the images for version 1.2.2 could be rebuilt to include all the necessary dependencies.
