Descrição do problema

Ao mudar pro idioma EN-US e voltar, ele não volta

Como reproduzir o problema?

Ir ao site em inglês e tentar mudar pra PT-BR

Pergunta @levxyca de onde surgiu esse GitHub action? Tu habilitaste alguma coisa pra ele fazer build com o GitHub pages com o jekyll sozinho?

Eu já tô investigando isso, e percebi que só acontece quando JEKYLL_ENV=production, por isso que eu não tinha percebido.
