I'm using levelup vs code themes for years now. And I must say I love it. However, I noticed few issues as I'm using it for a long time.

1. List focusBackground color is the same as the box background. That's why the selection is harder to find out.
2. List highlightForeground is same as the List focusBackground. Command Palette highlights appears to be invisible.
3. Comment color are way to much colorful and looks like actual codes and difficult to identify.

However, this commit apply changes to LevelUp theme only.

• Fixes comment and variable are same color, difficult to identify  #13: comment and variable are same color, difficult to identify
• Fixes invisible text - same color as background command palette search  #14: invisible text - same color as background command palette search
• Fixes Command Palette does not highlight selected command. #17: Command Palette does not highlight selected command.
