Customizing or creating Themes

Describe the solution you'd like

Perhaps this is possible and I'm just missing it, is there a way to create custom themes to use in a wpf-ui app? In addition to the Light, Dark, High Contrast, etc. Or is it possible to edit the colors in the Dark/Light themes?
