May I ask if there is an option to split those components sparsely connected to the condensed core from the community? In the visualization of the network, I noticed that the graph is plotted in a way of connections, the components in the condensed core are very well connected with other members but the sparsely connected components are plotted in the peripheral region, even the distance to one or a few plasmids are short. Those plasmids might have a different composition which is the cause of poor connections.
Cheers,
Wang
