Portable course configuration and data

I like having all my course material saved together and version managed. It would be nice to be able to export the part of a database that relates to a particular course and add that to version management, e.g. a Git repo. The things that should be included are:

• course/exam configuration, e.g. ILOs included,
• exam questions fulfilling those ILOs,
• statistics for the questions.

An important aspect for version management is that everything should be human readable to track differences.
