Get values back for migration that need to be done etc.

During a software project I had the idea that values could be returned.

The following values could generally be helpful for an application.

1. How many migrations have not yet been performed
2. If a migration is running, a message will appear indicating which migration it is and, if applicable, the contents of the file
3. After each migration you will receive confirmation that it was successfully applied

An application could design a nice interface with all relevant information about the current migrations.
A progress bar could also be controlled that reflects the current status.

Or is there already a solution for this in Evolve, then I would be equally grateful for your feedback.
