I realized this, Ѝ ѝ, isn’t even in the LC romanization table, because it just occurs as a single word. So if we need to go through a formal proposal process to update the table, I can initiate that, but otherwise, I’d suggest that these just go to Ì ì. At least, they shouldn’t be staying in Cyrillic in the transliteration.
