Feature Request: Disable Autoplay

How does this setting work? Even though it's enabled, videos are still playing automatically when I open them.

If this option is supposed to block autoplays, then I think it may be broken at the moment.

By autoplay, I mean: Search something, click on video, video starts playing.

Gotcha. I think that feature is working as intended. What I meant by auto play is.

1. Open Youtube.
2. Click on some video.
3. Video immediately starts playing. I want to disable it. Brave Browser's block autoplay feature handles it really well. It blocks video from auto playing on page load. Could you add similar feature?
