Connection refused

I followed the provided usage example but the curl simply threw out a Connection refused error

Figured out that the reason it's being refused is the example curl is wrong, it should be localhost:4465 instead of just localhost since it isn't using port 80.

However even with that fixed I'm still getting 400 = bad request syntax or unsupported method

Okay figured that out as well, your example from the readme isn't correctly url encoded. Please fix the given example
