User Story

As a teaching-coordinator
I want to create a new event
So that it can be then announced and shared

Scope

It must be a website
Access restricted to owners
Data must be specified

Acceptance criteria

A teaching coordinator must be able to create a new event by filling a form
It must contain all the mandatory data (Define "machine" fields #8)

Questions

Which fields are mandatory?
What is an event? (Define "event" fields #9)
