Oh never mind. The formatting of this appendix is absolutely completely mangled.

Given that this is the first time I'm seeing this content, I don't know what it's supposed to be, so I can't fix it. I am going to remove it. @gmandyam if you can get this fixed and re-submitted quickly, great, otherwise I think you should submit it as a PR to this repo which is referenced in the draft exactly to collect more examples over time.

UPDATE: Nevermind, the source code was pretty clear on the intended formatting, I just needed to add some more newlines so that it rendered correctly.

I also needed to add manual line wrapping to the example, hopefully I didn't break anything.
