Summary

Please add php 8.4 support.

Currently composer install fails on php 8.4:

16:17:03  #24 0.703     - laminas/laminas-di is locked to version 3.14.0 and an update of this package was not requested.
16:17:03  #24 0.703     - laminas/laminas-di 3.14.0 requires php ~8.1.0 || ~8.2.0 || ~8.3.0 -> your php version (8.4.1) does not satisfy
