[20.04] - GNOME Software accent bar is green

Describe the problem

Running the blue version of the theme, the colored accent bar in GNOME Software is green.

Expected behaviour

I would expect this accent to be blue, to match the rest of the theme.

Which themes are affected?

• Ambiant-MATE
• Ambiant-MATE-Dark
• Radiant-MATE

Seems to be some kind of yellow border: #eaea77, #e3e368. I had a look and found it's an infobar of some sort. I'm not sure how to fix this properly.

Can confirm Yaru-MATE isn't affected, as no border shows up at all.

Since it affects the original Ambiant/Radiant-MATE themes, it should be fixed upstream, and then trickles down when the colour themes are rebuilt. However, since the original themes are unmaintained, it's going to rely on community contributions. I've opened an issue at ubuntu-mate/ubuntu-mate-artwork#78.
