"Promise" without common page layout

The page "home" > "promise" is composed by side layer overllaping any other page (and forcing to a second scrolling inside this ovellaped layer). This kind of behavior makes labored and thorny the browser user experience. Another problem is: this page doesnt have own url, becoming hard the simple task of share the content.
