Add simplified Core Data Model

Also redid the xPath logic -- now Entity stores xPath to its node, while each
attribute stores the relative (to the entity) xPath.

Took out DMPlayer, DMDraft to simplify initial model.

gh-70, gh-56, gh-57.

Closes gh-60.

Changes parsing architecture

WindowController tells DMOAuthController to perform a method and callback to
DMDocument. DMDocument creates a YFXMLParseOperation and adds it to its queue.
YFXML contains all parsing logic and inserts new entities into appropriate
managedObjectContext.
