I updated the readme with some information on how to contribute. Please let me know if there's any other information you would like added

Looks reasonably nice, just maybe clean up the grammar. Also, you should note if there are any programming conventions you'd like to adhere to, and any linters/debuggers that should be used.

Other than that, architecture documentation would still be appreciated.
