- 10 cups chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup fresh salsa
- 3 green onions (chopped)
- 1 carrot (shredded)
- tortilla chips, broken up into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup white cheese

- Put chicken broth, garlic, cayenne pepper, and chicken breasts into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. When meat is completely cooked, remove and cut into bite size pieces.
- Return chicken to pot and add salsa, green onions, and carrot. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Ladle into warm bowls. Top with tortilla chips and cheese. Garnish with sour cream. Serve with warmed tortillas.
