Thanks for providing logs and save files. Makes it much easier!
I took a quick look through the source code of Artificial-Beings-Framework to see if anything stands out as suspicious. I did notice that they patch the same method that Level Up is, but in a way that potentially could be incompatible with others patching the same method (they destructively cancel other prefix patches whenever a non-human gains xp). But I'd need to test to make sure.
I'll keep this issue open for some time, but I can't promise I'll get to it anytime soon. Let me know if it gets resolved elsewhere!
Current Behavior
Creating a synstruct pawn doesn't work with this mod enabled. The new pawn is stuck frozen and doesn't appear in colonist bar.
I'm using robots added by the Kotor Droids mod

Expected Behavior
Synstruct subrace pawns can be constructed and used like normal pawns.
