Add some docs to the base README.md on how to

  • download assets for dev work, and
  • build the vsix from sources

With #194, docs need to also include:

  • How to grab a GITHUB_TOKEN with minimal permissions
  • downloading binaries from the latest build workflow on the main branch

Bonus points for adding info on how to install the extenion from vsix and how to embed the extension in a repo (even with symlinks).
