ユーザー周りの機能を強化する

詳細

現状、アバターの登録もなく、ユーザーのeditもないので
ユーザー機能を充実させる。Mypageを強化したい

アバターを追加
ログイン時、ヘッダーにアバターと名前を表示
my pageにもuserのedit機能を追加、名前とアバターを表示
