Universal Delete Read Chapters Button

Describe your suggested feature

The button should be able to delete all read chapters. A toggle can be made to ignore bookmarked chapters.

And maybe add another function to delete any foreign folders

Most of the time after reading the downloaded manga some of the chapters are not deleted. So when my storage is almost full I have to comb through all the downloads to remove those already read chapters which is a tedious process
