And FYI, the plugin only adds the buttons on Markdown notes views. They then stay there, but if you open the graph or another plugin view first, they will not get added until you open a markdown file in that pane.
I didn't find a way to monkey-patch it for all the views. If someone has an idea regarding that, I'd be open to it.

I am on Windows, Obsidian v.0.14.15 and Plugin v4.3.8.
I guess it is somehow related to using pinned on my panes. I usually don't use it so my recent use of it and this happening maybe be related
Try to update to the newest version, I made some changes, although they shouldn't change the behaviour.
It shouldn't be affected by pinned panes. You can also try deleting the plugin and reinstalling, if none of that helps. And make sure to use the latest installer.
