iptv simple not loading live channels

hi . i have Lg oled tv with kodi installed .
i have enabled iptv simple add on and in configure enabled the playlist url .
all the channels list and folders are displayed with channel logos but fails to play displaying '' one or more items failed playback . check log for more insormation.''
i have attached the log as photos , any fix ?

Please supply a full debug log using a paste site like paste.kodi.tv

You will need to open an issue in the inputstream.adaptive GitHub and supply the full log there.
