Blinking screen in VIM - each type keyboard stroke, the screen refreshes

• check internet with such solution
• verify if installing vim from package resolves the problem
• try disabling various plugins to see what may cause it

I have observed blinking when documentation python-mode window is displaed. When I close it, then this problem does not occur.

This is probably caused by power-line plugin for VIM. When disabled this problem does not occur. To be investigated further (i.e. google this, try different settings or other similiar VIM plugins)

The problem probably dissapears when line is broken, then blinking stops - see if this can be reproduced!
