Creating a new version of isolate record where separate_dataset="yes" is set in config.xml can lead to a crash

If the dataset is filtered on a field that is not defined in the separate view, then the new record can appear not to exist once it is created and the check for this throws an exception.

This was found by creating a new record version within the S. epidermidis database, which uses a separate view of a database shared with S. aureus. The view is filtered on the species field, but this field is hidden in the S. epidermidis dataset config.
