i have a huge lag when i start spooner....any command I use takes a very long time to execute....
my PC: i7 9700 with 20GB ram and GPU card is GTX1070 8gb

anyone can help?

i dont think spooner would do that, also just press DEL to open spooner instead of typing it, and make sure u followed install instructions in the read me
