Operating System: [e.g. Windows]
Gradle Plugin Version: 4.1.0
Gradle Version: [e.g. 7.3.3]
Fat-aar Version: 1.3.8

aar所在模块依赖了模块A，现在打包时A里面的jar架包也包含进去了，通过
packagingOptions{ exclude "../A/jar"}这种配置不能将对应的架包去除。
