e.g. this long task:

rake keygen:permissions:admins:add[package.create,package.delete,package.read,package.update,engine.read,license.users.attach,license.users.detach,license.owner.update,machine.owner.update]

could become:

rake keygen:permissions:admins:add[package.*,engine.*,license.users.*,*.owner.update]
