Fedora package

Hello, i'm trying to package this plugin for inclusion in Fedora; it is
also needed as dependency for other packages.

I have a couple of requests:
- could you include a README file with some info on the project? 
- could you also include a LICENSE file with APL in it?
- i need to build from source, so i get the source this way:
# svn export
http://maven-timestamp-plugin.googlecode.com/svn/tags/maven-timestamp-plugin-1.0
maven-timestamp-plugin
The pom.xml file there seems to reference a previous version (rel 0.1), and
i had to patch it to build correctly, as in attached file. Am i
missing/wrong in something?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0 tag from svn / Fedora 12

Please provide any additional information below.
Another one: can you provide a source archive of release 1.0 under
downloads? So it could automatically be downloaded by fedora build
processes instead of preparing the archive from svn.
