[BUG] in wirepod_armhf-v1.2.13.deb

Describe the bug
I implemented wirepod_armhf-v1.2.13.deb on a Raspberry pi4.

In folder /etc/wire-pod/ there is a subfolder wire-pod including
files and subfolders like so:
apiConfig.json certs jdocs session-certs vosk

Now i get this message in a loop every 7 seconds:

Starting proxy download from archive.org
(http://192.168.10.200:8080/api/get_ota/vicos-2.0.1.6076ep.ota)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. sudo apt install -y ./wirepod_armhf-v1.2.13.deb
2. content of /etc/wire-pod/wire-pod/ moved to /etc/wire-pod/
3. Anki Vector paired and connected to Wifi
4. Reconnect to download OTA update
5. OTA update not started

Expected behavior
The firmware should be updated to get to the next steps in Wire-pod procedure
