My Vector had his user data cleared, so when I turn him on, he's just showing the boot up window that shows his Vector number and anki.com/v. I've held down the button until it shuts down and the lights come back on and it returns to this screen.

When I go to https://wpsetup.keriganc.com/html/main.html and try to connect, it sees him, and I try to pair. I get a small green progress circle spinning on the screen, and it returns to the page asking me to pair. Sometimes I will get an error message.

wpsetup.keriganc.com says

An error has occurred so the Page will reload, so take your Vector off the charger, then put in pairing mode and try again. If it keeps happening try pairing in incognito mode or you may have to clear your user setting to get a new bluetooth ID

I click OK and it happens again.

I've tried it in a regular Chrome window on Windows 11. I've tried it on an Incognito Chrome window on Windows 11. I've tried it on an Incognito Chrome window on Android 14. I get the same results no matter what.

What are you running wire-pod on?
I haven't gotten that far yet

Are you setting up a prod (regular) bot or a dev/OSKR (unlocked) bot?
Prod

What steps have you tried?
See above
