Allow tags to be sorted per individual entry rather than alphabetically for all entries in the database.

More reliance on tags would facilitate having a flatter categories structure.

Context

I´m revising my database structure to a more flat layout with fewer categories, because it got out of hand with many categories and sub-categories. I want to rely more on tags as a way of finding entries and I´ll be using the search facility for this.

However, when browsing entries in the database it will help if tags were sorted in each entry in a way that would be relevant to me rather than alphabetically.
