Design how to publish annotations in pubby

• where will be RDF data stored? (folder or GraphDB) ?
• if GraphDB, is it enough to reference the repository?

Pubby can reference graphdb and rdf4j repositories.
Otherer triples stores with SPARQL endpoints are possibly supported as well but I havent checked.
Pubbty can also ontolgies in files.

I checked how pubby works on onto. Unfortunately its configuration was wrong. I fixed what I can:

• Problem with SPARQL endpoint dataset configuration
  • wrong - http://onto.fel.cvut.cz:7200/repositories/termit-dev
  • correct - https://graphdb.onto.fel.cvut.cz/repositories/termit-dev
• Fix pubby page does not load static content
  • page is accessed via https but refernces http static content (css, images)
  • set the conf:webBase to a https://onto.fel.cvut.cz/ontologies
• Setup prefixes in pubby pages
  • to add prefixes in pubby add the required prefixes as regular prefixes in a ttl to the pubby/WEB-INF/config.ttl (refernced in pubby/WEB-INF/web.xml)
