window support

Hi @pruteanualex, pdf-images is just an abstraction over imagemagick and pdfimages. I personally haven't worked with windows and the package wasn't meant to support windows when I wrote it, but if you install imagemagick and pdfimages on your windows system successfully and then try using pdf-images I guess it should work.
