How do we set reasoning_effort for o3-mini? #605

Hi. I see o3-mini support was just released but I am not sure how to set the reasoning_effort.

(put 'o3-mini :request-params '(:reasoning_effort "medium" :stream :json-false))

Setting it dynamically (from the transient menu, etc) is not supported.
