No universal studio tab in my installation that installed by the following guide

Hello,

In the 'Publishers' tab of the admin console, please select 'configure' in
the selectbox under the 'actions' column and then 'configure'. Check the
option called 'Show HTML Studio' and then, in KMC, under the 'studio' tab
you will see the 'Universal Studio',
