More than 7 commands are hidden

In Mac, when there are more than 7 commands they are hidden. But in Windows appears a scroll bar horizontal.

This was intentional, to keep the content below from shifting up and down.
That said I don't think this is the best place in the UI for the command string and want to revisit the design a bit.

I think that in Mac is broken, until you put the cursor in the area of commands you don't know that exists more commands. On Windows this don't happens because scrollbar is visible.

Maybe gets better if you put a scrollbar on the list of points.
