Add support for field ordering and grouping

Some fields must be logically grouped or ordered based on user preferences.

The notion of a delimiter should probably be introduced for grouping.

Moreover, merging templates could generate fields with the same name. To avoid this, grouping is necessary. Probably groups could have a title for display only and the user can specify them or crud-links automatically gives the template label as the group name.
